EXCHANGES 

For first-time Vee purchasers, we’re happy to exchange unopened items in their original packaging for a different size or style to make sure you find your perfect fit. 

To take advantage of this, we’d recommend ordering a bundle pack of knickers (go you, good thing), and then only opening and trying on one pair. This means we can easily exchange the remaining unopened pairs from the bundle pack. 

For exchanges on first orders, we just require you to cover the shipping costs for the switcheroo process.

This is a great problem, it means that there are many happier, healthier hoo-ha’s out there. But, not so great if you are wanting to place an order asap! If we are out of stock there will be a new order arriving very soon. Feel free to email us at helpme@veeunderwear.com with any questions. 

To get longevity out of your overachieving Vee Underwear it’s best to use a lingerie bag and wash on a gentle machine wash setting. You should also use weak/mild laundry detergents on bamboo fabric. Oh, and don’t tumble dry, they don't like that. 

Research shows that alike sleep and bed wear, underwear has an expiry date before bugs such as E. coli and dust mites start to flourish, leading to an increased risk of UTI’s, thrush and allergies...eh.  Over time, even Vee's overachieving antibacterial, antifungal and moisture-wicking bamboo fabric powers can't ward off that e-coli’s unrelenting wrath. Which is why we recommend replenishing your top draw every 6 months.

Vee’s pretty true to size (she’s good like that). For example, if you were a size 12 pant, you should be a 12 in our undies. We also have a fabulous size chart for some extra reassurance if you fancy a double-check.
